Rules of the Logistica Mobilitatii service and the responsibilities of the involved parties.
Logistica Mobilitatii provides an enterprise software platform for monitoring mixed vehicle fleets, calculating technical wear, planning periodic maintenance, managing operational leasing contracts, and optimizing routes. Services are intended exclusively for legal entities that own or manage vehicle fleets.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete data regarding fleet vehicles, to comply with payment deadlines, and not to infringe on the platform's intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized access or abusive use will result in immediate account suspension.
The provider guarantees the correct functioning of the platform, data confidentiality, and technical support within 48 business hours. It is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party actions.
Logistica Mobilitatii is not liable for loss of profits, business interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. The provider's total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.
All data transmitted through the platform is encrypted and stored on secure servers. The provider does not share information with third parties without the user's written consent, except as required by law.
Logistica Mobilitatii reserves the right to modify this document with 30 days' prior notice. Users who do not accept the new conditions may terminate the contract without penalties within the notice period.
The contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice. In case of non-payment or serious breach of terms, the provider may suspend access immediately. After termination, user data is deleted within 90 days.
